Online Co-op Games
Online cooperative multiplayer is a game mode in which the players can participate online in a game together as allies, helping each other rather than competing. The online multiplayer mode has several benefits compared to local multiplayer, for example, it does not require a split screen and often can include a larger number of players. The main downsides of this mode are that it requires a stable internet connection, and player communication may be difficult. However, many games with online co-op mode include messengers that allow the players to exchange either text or voice messages to coordinate their actions. Such modes are often found in tactical shooters and other action games, in which the players can compete together against the AI-controlled opponents. There are also games that allow their players to help other players in their single-player campaigns.
