About

The most recent part of the role-playing saga Mount & Blade. With Fire & Sword is an independent expansion pack for the original video game. Game’s setting is based on the historical fiction-novella by Henrik Sinkevich. It tells about the of Bogdan Khmelnitsky rebellion against the government of the Polish Commonwealth, and unlike the previous installment in the series, the game takes place in the actual region of the world. Because of the era shift, many elements of the game have been modernized and upgraded - for example, firearms have been added. The gameplay is not very different from the previous part: it's all also oriented to the solo action-RPG playthrough with immersive visuals and thick atmosphere. The player is offered to complete quests and tasks to earn fame and find followers. You can choose from five available factions: The Kingdom of Sweden, Cossack Hetmanate, Polish Commonwealth, Muscovite Tsardom, Crimean Khanate. There is also an opportunity to establish your kingdom.

In the continuity of the mount and blade, with fire and sword offers us a real complete game that integrates all features that have conquered hundreds of thousands of players with mount and blade Warband. Appearance of firearms in this extention and always possibility to fight up to 64 players. My rating: 17/20

No major revolution in this stand alone of Warband, if you are not especially fan of the book of which this mod is drawn, or the history of the Eastern countries in General, the purchase is not indispensable. If you do not have Warband, why not try the purchase (a hair expensive I find), it is a stand alone. But most of the community of MOD and players is on warband. More so for the fans.

M&B with fire and sword and a mix between chivalry, Cossacks, and Empire total war. positives:-full of city on the map-a historical map-grenades-musings and pistols-the fights-the Cossacks negative points:-you lose all when you lose a battle-three button to ataquer...........-the online is almost empty-there is suedois, but not the Germans, or German according to your... Uh.. Taste!

Developed by illiterate Ukrainian Cossacks, this MOD adds corkscrew rifles, funny hats and Pajamas for Mount & blade: Warband. The game also adds major, interesting, but bloody buggly quests that ruin the fun of the unhealthy guys who have decided to play this game seriously. Apart from that, the multi is very funny, and playing the Cowboys of the steppe to shoot polaks in pajamas, it's still pretty darn pleasant.

The game is well in itself though several things are confusing...-a startup is complicated for beginners-some units are very hard to get-once you have adhered to a faction you are practically hated for life by others fations (even out of war)-1 ball is enough to kill you practically all the time-the special quests of some factions are completely impossible to do without cheat... Some positives:-money is easy to get (very easy to lose too)-there is a wide variety of weapons (for all tastes)-the game system is similar to that of M&B warband

Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword [WFaS] is an Ego-shooter of the Past. Who doesn't know how to be constantly killed at Games like CS, CoD, Etc. by Players whose only Advantage is that they have a higher Rate of Fire? -WFaS finally closes it! Here you look for a certain Time, then have this SCHUSS, which must be set precisely and only through the skill and Practice of the Player, he can succeed in killing other Players. In addition, there are Cavalry and Infantry, which make this Game even more interesting. -Anyone who wants to look For something New, far away from the typical Ego-shooters, should buy WFaS.
If you want a game to have fun with, choose another title. This one is frustrating and just awful. It’s painful to play this game. Even if you play on easy, it’s not! You always don’t have money, lose items, spoil relationships with NPC and continue suffering. And here is a unskippable tutorial. Another reason not to start this game.
«Waste of time»
If you love PC games more than console or mobile, you definitely need to play Mount & Blade series. Better start with Warband and Napoleonic Wars - they will prepare you. With Fire and Sword will complete this experience. It has awesome gameplay that is suitable for PC only, a deep dive into history, mods and a great multiplayer mode. They also added new weapons and setting. So all M&B fans will surely love this game. Newcomers can find it a little difficult but still enjoyable and worth to buy.
