About

“The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.” – H.P. Lovecraft

The year is 2046 and mankind’s discovery of near-lightspeed "fold engine" propulsion has empowered mankind's Osiris expeditionary missions to the Gliese 581 system. You are the second colonization team sent by the U.N.E. (United Nations of Earth) to study potential habitable planets when your spacecraft malfunctions braking from light speed, forcing an emergency landing on the planet’s surface.

Overcome the dangers of an environment with unpredictable weather conditions by building a central base, expanding the structure further with modular units to grow food, create research centers, manufacturing bays and more. To further advance technologies and thrive on the planet, traverse into a world filled equally with breathtaking landscapes and alien terrors that will freeze your blood. Osiris is a beautiful game that uniquely combines inventive crafting, curious exploration, and skillful combat. Explore an alien system and colonize worlds of incredible wonders and unforgiving dangers.KEY FEATURES

Osiris: New Dawn reviews and comments

Early Access Review So to put it in an understandable and direct way: This Game is simply incredible and in many Ways. First of all, I count the Things on which I have noticed very positively. These include, among other things, the ingenious Graphics of the Game and the Game theme itself. You feel like you're in a normal Survival Game at the Beginning, but after some Time that changes and you have a completely new Sense of play than you're used to from such Games. What I particularly like is the Fact that you have a lot of Possibilities with the individual Game Elements, but on the other Side it is exactly the opposite. With Walls, for Example, I would like to see a Function in which you don't have to put each Wall individually, as is currently the Case. To start with the less good Features of this Game, I would use the frequent Bugs in Multiplayer and the Control in Space as another Example. The Errors in The Multiplayer are the rest of the Fast-paced Hangers who have the Game then and when you do something fast or set something in Motion. Since this is early Access I hope for Bug Fixes in the next Updates. To return to space control, I am now simply mentioning the Error. You can't navigate or get faster. Sinking Is also impossible, with Rising, which can lead to enormous Problems if you can no longer reach your Spaceship. I also find it a Pity that you don't have any Construction Options in Space yet. In order to respond to another Weakness in the Game, which in my Opinion is not huge but sufficient to disturb, I would now like to mention the small Amount of Building Types and the extremely stupid Drone. With the Drone, there are constant Errors, such as getting stuck somewhere or simply recalling the Command when you are too far away. To mention the Buildings, I would like to have some new Buildings available and be able to connect several Habitats. Also, Connecting between Buildings would be much more practical if they could form a Curve or be gradually made longer. There is a small Flaw with the Habitat that I would like to mention. This is the Oxygen Supply of the individual Buildings. For example, If you don't have the Supply in the Habitat running yet, it works in every connected Building. I would conclude my Conclusion with that. To put it briefly, Osiris New Down is a typical Early Access game with tremendous Potential and a good Foundation building Block to become a fantastic Game that could become one of the Best in its Genre. Therefore, I recommend everyone to buy this uncut diamond And help perfect it. Thank you and Greet the Developers.
