В чуть менее далёком 2006 вышло продолжение, Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, в популярном в те годы виде экш-приключения, уже более серьёзная и суровая, с бомжами, греющимися у бочек, и геноцидом народов, предательствами и восстаниями. А в период с 2014 по 2016 выходила Dreamfall Chapters, как полагается, в модной для этого времени форме эдакой интерактивной фильмы, поделённой на эпизоды, но правильной, что ли, где интерактив только в нужных местах, нет лишней беготни, но и остаётся место для поиска предметов и разгадывания загадок, чтобы мозги совсем не разжижались. И тут уже совсем всё по серьёзке, с правильной пропорцией комедии, трагедии, всяких трогательных моментов, прочих вот этих всех драматических штук и твистов. Твист на твисте и твистом погоняет. И с решениями, которые действительно сказываются на происходящем. Это завершение истории о судьбах двух миров, об их единой истории, о снах как самоорганизующейся материи, о снах как о материи, которой можно управлять, о магии, о науке, о тоске по дому, об отчаянии, надежде, Балансе, мрачное, антиутопичное и одновременно сказочное.

The Original Version had a uniform Style.
