I often get an ad for Empires and Puzzles. If it's a playable ad, the musice from the ad keeps going after the ad is closed. It never happens with any other ad, but it has happened with the Empires and Puzzles ad at least ten times now. The music doesn't stop if I turn on or off the in-game music. The only thing that helps is to close the app and restart it. That's certainly strange - thank you for letting us know about this! We'll dig into this on our end to see what we can do to help. In the meantime, if you come across the Empires and Puzzles ad again, it would be a huge help if you were able to grab a screenshot of the ad and send it our way at [email protected]. I love the concept of this little game that proposes a new system in this genre. I find him much more addictive than his big brother, whom I also played. Everything is there to please you, I think you will find your account, that you play there two hours a day or once a week. I have an IPhone 5s and the latest IOS version. After I wanted to get a free researcher from the shop, I had to look at me 4 times advertising and I still did not get it. Then I restarted the game and a message appeared: Authentication is not possible. There are problems with the registration. Try again later. I've restarted the app several times, restarted my phone and also reinstalled the app. Nevertheless, this error message appears again and again. I searched the Internet for solutions, but found none and I'm a little disappointed now, because the game has been a lot of fun so far and I can not continue playing now. If it does not change in the next few days, I'll probably delete the app completely. That would be a pity, because I really enjoyed the app. Maybe I'm lucky and get a helpful developer response.
