James Monroe

James Monroe is a games programmer. Monroe has been working with Aspyr Media, id Software, Raven Software and Treyarch. Monroe's first game was Strife (1996) published by Studio 3DO for PC in 1996. After that, James Monroe took part as the programmer of Strife: Quest for the Sigil. Later, Monroe also was part of the team who developed Soldier of Fortune 2: Double Helix published by Activision Blizzard for PC and Xbox. Most lately, James Monroe worked on Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
