Alen Ladavac
Alen Ladavac is a code, project management, game design and psychological advisor for programmers.
Career
Ladavac is currently a Chief technical officer at Croteam, a Croatian video game development studio. Alen has been leading the technology team since 1993; he is also working on other aspects of Croteam games. Ladavac is known for developing the first-person shooter Serious Sam (2014); Ladavac worked on the whole franchise and the puzzle game The Talos Principle (2014).
Other interests
According to the blogs Alen has, he holds a broad range of interests and experience spans in technical areas of the game development. It includes rendering, sound, graphics, and physics, building systems and making content pipelines. Ladavac is one of the Reboot Develop speakers — it is a developer conference in Europe. Dan usually holds inspiring speeches; he also has several blogs where he sometimes announces latest game advancements, but most usually expressed his thoughts and opinions.
