Frank Kern is a games programmer. Kern has been working with MicroProse Software, Take-Two Interactive and Tetragon. Kern started in 1993 as the programmer of BloodNet. Next, Frank Kern worked on Hell: A Cyberpunk Thriller taking on the role of programmer.
