Fumito Kozutsumi is a games director and designer. Kozutsumi has been working with KOEI. Kozutsumi's first published game was Kessen released in 2000. After that, Fumito Kozutsumi took part as the director of Crimson Sea. Most lately, Fumito Kozutsumi worked on Crimson Sea 2.
