Gavin Carter is a games writer and producer. Carter has been working with Bethesda Softworks, Bethesda Game Studios, 343 Industries and Certain Affinity. Carter started in 2002 as the writer of The Elder Scrolls 3: Tribunal. Next, Gavin Carter worked on The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion taking on the role of producer. Carter also worked on Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition developed by Bethesda Game Studios for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Most recently, Gavin Carter was involved in the development of Halo 4. Currently, Carter is developing Capital Wasteland. The release date is yet to be announced.
