Hideki Nishimura is a games artist and designer. Nishimura has been working with Winkysoft and Winky Soft. Nishimura's first published game was Legend of the Armored Dragon Villgust: The Vanished Girl released in 1992. Next, Hideki Nishimura worked on JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (SNES) taking on the role of designer. Most recently, Hideki Nishimura was involved in the development of Harmful Park.
