Hidenobu Otsuki is a games composer. Otsuki has been working with Sonic Team and Hudson Soft. Otsuki started in 2000 as the composer of Bomberman 64: The Second Attack. After that, Hidenobu Otsuki took part as the composer of Sonic Shuffle.
