Hiroshi Noda is a games programmer. Noda has been working with Omega Force, KOEI and Omega-Force. Noda's first published game was Winback: Covert Operations released in 1999. After that, Hiroshi Noda took part as the programmer of Operation WinBack. Most recently, Hiroshi Noda was involved in the development of Warriors Orochi 3 Hyper.
