Hugh Binns is a games artist, producer and designer. Binns has been working with 3D Realms, Eurocom, Eurocom Developments and East Point Software. Binns's first published game was Deliverance: Stormlord II released in 1990. Then, Hugh Binns went on to work on Magician as the designer. Binns also worked on Duke Nukem 64 developed by 3D Realms for Nintendo 64. Most lately, Hugh Binns worked on Duke Nukem: Zero Hour.
