Isao Mutou is a games director and designer. Mutou has been working with Racjin. Mutou's first published game was Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles released in 2005. Then, Isao Mutou went on to work on Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles 2 as the director. Currently, Mutou is developing Fullmetal Alchemist 2: Curse of the Crimson Elixir with Racjin. The release date is yet to be announced.
