Jeff Mills is a games writer, producer and designer. Mills has been working with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Ion Storm, Terminal Reality and 7th Level. Mills started in 1998 as the producer of Dominion: Storm over Gift 3. Then, Jeff Mills went on to work on BloodRayne as the producer. The latest work of Jeff Mills was BloodRayne 2, published in 2004.
