Kats Sato is a games producer, designer and programmer. Sato has been working with SEGA, Nintendo, Traveller's Tales and Sonic Team. Sato's first published game was Sonic 3D Blast (1996) released in 1996. After that, Kats Sato took part as the programmer of Mario Kart DS. Most recently, Kats Sato was involved in the development of Sonic 3D Blast.
