Kev Bayliss is a games artist. Bayliss has been working with Rare, Arc System Works, Mindscape and Dlala Studios. Bayliss started in 1990 as the artist of A Nightmare on Elm Street (1990). After that, Kev Bayliss took part as the artist of Battletoads.
