Kouji Inokuchi is a games director, designer and programmer. Inokuchi has been working with Koei Tecmo, Ltd. and Tecmo. Inokuchi started in 1988 as the director of Ninja Gaiden (1988). After that, Kouji Inokuchi took part as the director of Ninja Gaiden (Master System). Currently, Inokuchi is developing Assault City. The release date is yet to be announced.
