Makoto Shibata is a games writer, director and designer. Shibata has been working with Koei Tecmo, Grasshopper Manufacture, Team NINJA and KOEI TECMO America. Shibata's first published game was Fatal Frame released in 2001. Then, Makoto Shibata went on to work on Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly as the director. Later, Shibata also was part of the team who developed Nioh published by Sony Computer Entertainment for PC and PlayStation 4. Most lately, Makoto Shibata worked on Project Zero.
