Manabu Ishihara is a games programmer. Ishihara has been working with Sonic Team and Compile. Ishihara's first game was Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (1993) published by SEGA for PC, Nintendo 3DS, Wii and GameCube in 1993. Then, Manabu Ishihara went on to work on Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine as the programmer.
