Masashi Kato is a games writer and designer. Kato has been working with Capcom, Microcabin and Minakuchi Engineering. Kato's first published game was Illusion City: Genei Toshi released in 1991. After that, Masashi Kato took part as the designer of Mega Man: Dr. Wily's Revenge.
