Mitsuo Matsuyama is a games designer who started the games industry career in 1900. Since then, Matsuyama has been working with Capcom and Capcom U.S.A. Matsuyama's first published game was Super Street Fighter IV. After that, Mitsuo Matsuyama took part as the designer of Super Street Fighter 4.
