Noboru Matsuzaki is a games programmer. Matsuzaki has been working with Grasshopper Manufacture. Matsuzaki's first game was No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle published by Ubisoft Entertainment for PC, Nintendo Switch and Wii in 2010.
