Noboru Sugimura

Noboru Sugimura is a games writer and programmer. Sugimura has been working with Capcom, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Capcom U.S.A and Arc System Works. Sugimura started in 1992 as the writer of Kyouryuu Sentai Zyuranger. Then, Noboru Sugimura went on to work on Resident Evil Director's Cut as the writer. Sugimura also worked on Resident Evil 2 (1998) developed by Capcom for PC, PlayStation, GameCube and Nintendo 64. Most lately, Noboru Sugimura worked on Phantoms. Now, Sugimura has joined the team of The Masked Rider: Kamen Rider ZO as the writer.
