Nobuhiro Hioki is a games programmer. Hioki has been working with Engine Software, Nihon Falcom, XSEED Games and PH3. Hioki's first game was The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel published by XSEED Games for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in 2013. Then, Nobuhiro Hioki went on to work on The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II as the programmer. Later, Hioki also was part of the team who developed The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki published by NIS America for PC. The latest work of Nobuhiro Hioki was The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak, published in 2024.
