Norihiro Tokeshi is a games programmer. Tokeshi has been working with Ukiyotei. Tokeshi's first game was Skyblazer published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for SNES in 1994. After that, Norihiro Tokeshi took part as the programmer of Todd McFarlane's Spawn: The Video Game.
