Noriyuki Tomiyama is a games producer and designer. Tomiyama has been working with Technōs Japan, Technos Japan, SPS and Technōs. Tomiyama started in 1986 as the producer of Renegade (1986). Next, Noriyuki Tomiyama worked on U.S. Championship V'Ball taking on the role of producer. Later, Tomiyama also was part of the team who developed The Combatribes (1990) published by Technōs Japan for Wii and SNES. Most lately, Noriyuki Tomiyama worked on The Combatribes.
