Phil Betts is a games programmer. Betts has been working with Ubisoft Reflections, SCE Studio Liverpool, Reflections Interactive and Psygnosis. Betts's first published game was Shadow of the Beast II released in 1990. After that, Phil Betts took part as the programmer of Nitro.
