Phil Scott

Phil Scott is a games designer and programmer. Scott has been working with Rage Software and Flair Software. Scott started in 1991 as the designer of Elvira: The Arcade Game. Then, Phil Scott went on to work on Millennium Soldier: Expendable as the programmer.
