Phil Steinmeyer

Phil Steinmeyer is a games designer and programmer. Steinmeyer has been working with Feral Interactive, New World Computing, Limbic Entertainment and PopTop. Steinmeyer started in 1996 as the designer of Heroes of Might and Magic II. Next, Phil Steinmeyer worked on Railroad Tycoon II taking on the role of designer. Afterwards, Phil Steinmeyer worked on Railroad Tycoon 2 developed by G.O.D. in 1998. Most lately, Phil Steinmeyer worked on Tropico 6.
