Philip Scott

Philip Scott is a games designer. Scott has been working with First Star Software, Chris Gray, Flair Software and Peter Liepa. Scott started in 1984 as the designer of Boulder Dash (1984). Then, Philip Scott went on to work on Oscar as the designer.
