Phillipe Debay

Phillipe Debay is a games writer. Debay has been working with Ubisoft Montreal, Ubi Soft Shanghai, Ubi Soft Entertainment and Ubi Soft Milan. Debay's first game was Hype: The Time Quest published by Ubisoft Entertainment for PC, PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Color in 1999. After that, Phillipe Debay took part as the writer of Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers.
