R. Fred Williams is a games programmer. Williams has been working with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Disney Interactive, Blitz Games and Blitz Games Studios. Williams started in 2002 as the programmer of Disney's Lilo & Stitch: Trouble In Paradise.
