Rio Hamamoto is a games composer. Hamamoto has been working with Bandai Namco Entertainment, NAMCO, Bugbear Entertainment and Project Soul. Hamamoto's first game was Soul Calibur II published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube in 2002. After that, Rio Hamamoto took part as the composer of Soul Caliber 2. Later, Hamamoto also was part of the team who developed Urban Reign published by Namco for PlayStation 2. The latest work of Rio Hamamoto was Pokkén Tournament DX, published in 2017. Now, Hamamoto has joined the team of Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy as the composer.
