Seiji Okada is a games programmer. Okada has been working with Capcom, Capcom U.S.A, Crawfish Interactive and Jung Young Dug. Okada's first game was Street Fighter II: The World Warrior (1991) published by Capcom for PC, PlayStation 3, Wii U and Wii in 1991. Next, Seiji Okada worked on Street Fighter Alpha 3 (1998) taking on the role of programmer.
