Shigemitsu Takamiya is a games programmer. Takamiya has been working with Winkysoft and Winky Soft. Takamiya's first published game was Legend of the Armored Dragon Villgust: The Vanished Girl released in 1992. After that, Shigemitsu Takamiya took part as the programmer of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (SNES). Currently, Takamiya is developing Super Puyo Puyo. The release date is yet to be announced.
