Shintaro Kuma

Shintaro Kuma is a games programmer. Kuma has been working with Technōs Japan, Data East, Technos Japan and Victor Interactive Software. Kuma started in 1985 as the programmer of Road Blaster. Then, Shintaro Kuma went on to work on River City Ransom as the programmer.
