Shinya Outouge is a games composer. Outouge has been working with Hudson Soft. Outouge's first published game was Mario Party 6 released in 2004. Next, Shinya Outouge worked on Mario Party 7 taking on the role of composer. Most recently, Shinya Outouge was involved in the development of Mario Party DS.
