Takao Shimizu is a games director and producer. Shimizu has been working with Nintendo, HAL Laboratory, Pax Softnica and Ikegami Tsushinki. Shimizu's first published game was Donkey Kong released in 1981. After that, Takao Shimizu took part as the director of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Shimizu also worked on Pokémon Stadium developed by Nintendo for Nintendo 64. Most lately, Takao Shimizu worked on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.
