Tatsuya Shinkai is a games director and designer. Shinkai has been working with Konami Digital Entertainment, Level 5, Matrix Software and Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka. Shinkai started in 1999 as the designer of Hybrid Heaven. Then, Tatsuya Shinkai went on to work on Professor Layton and the Curious Village as the director. Shinkai also worked on Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box developed by Level 5 for iOS, Android, Nintendo DS and PS Vita. Most recently, Tatsuya Shinkai was involved in the development of Yo-kai Watch 3.
