Tetsu Okano is a games writer, director and designer. Okano has been working with SEGA, Hitmaker and Treasure. Okano started in 2003 as the writer of Astro Boy: Omega Factor. Then, Tetsu Okano went on to work on Thunder Force VI as the designer.
