Tetsuo Mochizuki is a games programmer. Mochizuki has been working with SETA. Mochizuki's first game was F1 ROC: Race of Champions published by Ocean Software for SNES in 1992. Next, Tetsuo Mochizuki worked on Nosferatu taking on the role of programmer.
