Tiberius Astianax Lazar is a games designer. Lazar has been working with Ubisoft and Ubisoft Bucharest. Lazar started in 2005 as the designer of Silent Hunter III. Then, Tiberius Astianax Lazar went on to work on Silent Hunter 3 as the designer.
