Toshihisa Hasegawa

Toshihisa Hasegawa is a games director. Hasegawa has been working with SEGA, Vic Tokai and Tokai Communications. Hasegawa's first published game was Kid Kool released in 1988. After that, Toshihisa Hasegawa took part as the director of Psycho Fox. Most recently, Toshihisa Hasegawa was involved in the development of Decap Attack.
