Toshio Kai

Toshio Kai is a games composer. Kai has been working with Bandai Namco Entertainment, NAMCO, Atari and HAL Laboratory. Kai's first game was Pac-Man published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 1980.
