Toshio Noguchi is a games director, artist and programmer. Noguchi has been working with D3 Publisher, SANDLOT and Project Sora Co.. Noguchi's first published game was Kid Icarus: Uprising released in 2012. Then, Toshio Noguchi went on to work on Earth Defence Force 3 Portable as the director. Most lately, Toshio Noguchi worked on Earth Defense Force 2025. At the moment, Noguchi is working on Robot Alchemic Drive, which was announced for PlayStation 2.
