Toshio Okamoto is a games composer. Okamoto has been working with Capcom, Atelier Double and Sun L. Okamoto's first game was Ranma ½: Hard Battle published by Ocean Software for SNES in 1992. Then, Toshio Okamoto went on to work on Mega Man Soccer as the composer.
