Toshiyuki Nishimura is a games artist and designer. Nishimura has been working with Visual Concepts, NovaLogic, Taito and Aicom. Nishimura's first published game was Rastan (1987) released in 1987. Next, Toshiyuki Nishimura worked on Arkanoid 2: Revenge of DoH taking on the role of artist. Afterwards, Toshiyuki Nishimura worked on Time Gal developed by Taito in 1992. The latest work of Toshiyuki Nishimura was Viewpoint, published in 1992.
