Toshiyuki Takasaki is a games programmer. Takasaki has been working with Tecmo and BeginnerGames. Takasaki's first game was Fatal Frame published by Microsoft Studios for Xbox and PlayStation 2 in 2001. After that, Toshiyuki Takasaki took part as the programmer of Project Zero.
